Application Process

Application Process

Step 1

Visit our "Puppies" page and choose a litter you would like to make a reservation on.

Step 2

Complete and submit our application. Please complete as thoroughly as possible. This will help us match the most compatible puppy  to your family. If you know which litter you would like to allocate your reservation be sure to note in the comments section of the application.

If you have specific preferences or a timeframe and are unsure which litter to allocate your reservation you can indicate such in the comments section. We are happy to work through this process with you as we get to know you better.

Step 3

Once you have been approved your next step is to send us a Non-Refundable Deposit of $500.00.  The Deposit will be taken off the total purchase price when your balance is due.

All Deposits are Non-Refundable but may be transferred to the next available litter if need be.

If you prefer we are happy to schedule a phone conversation to work through any questions you may have.

In the event there are less than anticipated puppies born to a litter we would be happy to either re-allocate your reservation to a future litter or provide you a refund.

Step 4

Once we receive your reservation deposit, we will send you a confirmation of payment.

If you had indicated the name of a litter in the comments section of your E-transfer we will also confirm  we have allocated you to your chosen litter.

If you have not indicated a specific litter we will work with you to determine which litter you would like your Reservation allocated.

If you choose to be allocated to our General Waitlist we will email you as our Momma's move through their heat cycles or if we have availability arise in any and all earlier litters.

What is our "General Waitlist"? Our litter Reservations often fill up prior to the birth of a litter.  A General Waitlist  provides a way for prospective families to stay informed about upcoming litters and have priority access to puppies, helping you secure your desired companion in a timely manner. Our General Waitlist not only ensures the families who have General Waitlist Reservations will receive a Chilliwack Labradoodle puppy as our litters evolve but before we offer them to the general public and before we have posted them to our website. The General Waitlist is a great choice for families who have specific preferences or an important timeline to which they want to receive their puppy.

This week stands as the busiest for both the puppies and ourselves, as it signifies the optimal time for formal assessments. Upon reaching six weeks of age, we conduct the final formal assessment for each puppy. This thorough evaluation allows us to gain insights into their individual personalities and characteristics.

After completing the formal assessment, we work through a layered review process. This entails examining all informal assessments and notes we've meticulously taken since birth, alongside your submitted application and questionnaires. Our objective is  to facilitate a personalized match between your preferences and the available puppies.

Through this thorough evaluation, we strive to align you with a puppy that complements your family's unique needs and lifestyle ensuring not only a smooth initial transition for each puppy but most compatible match to their forever home.
