Health Testing

 

Our Mission is to continue to raise Australian Labradoodles with close attention to their impressive temperaments and impeccable health.  Special attention is directed towards creating a puppy with a lush and low to non-shedding hypoallergenic coat, making our dogs more asthma and allergy friendly.   We provided our puppies with a strong foundation and advanced socialization prior to entering into your home to create an amazing all around dog.  We are continually educating ourselves to improve and enhance the Australian Labradoodle Breed. 

 

One of the ways we are able to uphold our Mission is through Health Testing the extensive health testing of our breeding stock is a benefit to you as our puppies will have a much lower risk of health issues.

• Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures (NEWS)

• Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)

• Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRCD)

• Von Willebrand Disease(VWD)

• Orthopedic Foundation for Animal OFA Eye Certification Examination-preformed by a veterinary ophthalmologist

• Orthopedic Foundation for Animal OFA Radiographic Evaluation of Pelvic Phenotype with respect to Hip and Elbow Dysplasia 

• Coat Colour and Trait testing completed on all of our breeding dogs
